Great care went into the planning of this building and in it’s design. “Living at Landmark by the Rivers is experiencing apartment living at its Best. The lifestyle of living is worry…. free! The staff meets every possible need we might have. If a problem does occur, (which is rare) the matter is taken care of rapidly…. often within minutes! We love how unique the apartments are…. especially love the red brick, the big windows, and the western view of the river and gorgeous sunsets.

Viewing the Rotary lights for a month in December was like a special Christmas gift. The amenities are wonderful….. especially enjoy the rooftop clubhouse and the patio rooftop with its large tv and grills and the conference room is often used for Bible study zoom classes. The room is always in pristine condition….so clean. (appreciate all the good and effective sanitizers throughout the building).

All in all, we think Living at Landmark by the Rivers is experiencing La Crosse at its best. We are able to walk to several restaurants, walk the gardens in the park, view wonderful sunsets over the river and bluffs, watch the big paddle boats in the summer, what’s not to like? The people are nice, staff is exceptional, it’s quiet and unique, and most important of all….it feels like HOME!”
