Landmark by the Rivers has been at the center of La Crosse for more than a century.

Built as a factory, registered as a National Landmark, soon to be your home sweet, home!

Constructed to supply the plow industry in 1914 and exemplifying the innovative architectural design of the period, Landmark by the Rivers sits on the site of the La Crosse Plow Company. The Allis-Chalmers Manufacturing Company purchased the business in 1929. They added on to the complex in 1938. The building was first recognized as one of historical significance in the mid-eighties. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

Merging construction from La Crosse’s rich historical past with state-of-art convenience makes Landmark by the Rivers an exciting new residence at the heart of the city.
